Steve has 15 years of hospital strategic pricing experience.  In February of 2011 he founded Augusta Healthcare to help hospitals design sound, transparent pricing methodologies. Previously, Steve provided strategic consulting to his clients by assisting them in the development of detailed plans for a wide variety of business initiatives. His consulting expertise and industry experience includes the Operating Room, IT / Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, and Patient Finance and Reimbursement.

Steve earned his MBA from Penn State Smeal College of Business’ Executive MBA Program, and has a BS in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State.

Steve and his wife Barbara have three children and live outside Philadelphia.




Chris Sonntag

Chris has 17 years of hospital strategic pricing experience with extensive knowledge of the perioperative environment. He has consulted with hospitals about their clinical system implementations and integration, as well as surgical business management. Chris is a perioperative business intelligence specialist with experience in report development and data analysis tool development. His expertise also includes finance, patient charging, budgeting, and accounts payable. He has provided strategic leadership on numerous implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Chris has a BS in Business Administration from Monmouth College.

Chris and his wife Amy live and work in Northern New Jersey.
